Last night during the time I was meditating I attempted to astral project. It seems to be a very popular and important ability that a person can do within the magical community. Honestly I could care less if I astral project or not. I would actually prefer to have the ability to Lucid Dream.

So here is my record:

Sensations

  • Numb Tongue

  • What felt like Vibrations


I also saw a flash of light which is what pulled me out of my meditation. At first I thought it was from my room but it couldn't have been, I had turned everything off.
